Customers
will be notified of any pending Software Maintenance renewals
approximately 90 days before the anniversary date and a quote will
be sent to them by email. Software Maintenance renewals can then
be purchased either directly from OptaSoft or through the
customer's preferred OptaSoft reseller. Customers also have
a choice in how to place their renewal order - it can be easily
placed the "traditional" way (phone)
