of OptaSoft. Your use of this form is conditioned upon your
reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions below. This
form is to request a license transfer from from one PC (desktop)
or laptop to another PC (desktop) or laptop within the same
legal entity to OptaSoft products. We normally do send personal
replies to bug reports. We do, however, read each and every
message. We use the information to fix and improve our products
and services. Your findings, comments, suggestions, and ideas
for improvements are very important to us. We appreciate you

Important to read!
Relicense: The transfer of licenses by OptaSoft from
one legal entity to another legal entity. Each of these
transfers require that OptaSoft's relicense process be followed.
Redesignation: The transfer of licenses by the customer
from one PC (desktop) or laptop to another PC (desktop)
or laptop within the same legal entity. These transfers
require a notification to OptaSoft. You must have a valid
annual maintenance in order for OptaSoft to process your
request. One FREE transfer only is allowed for each license
per calander year. Any extra redesignation is subject to
a relicense fee of $350 which will be invoiced the next
business day. If you fail to pay us the relicense fee in
full by the invoice due date, a software authentication
interruption will be imposed on the account. Once we receive
the fees in full, the software will be allowed to authenticate
to initiate its successful launching. A $50 software reinstatement
processing fee may be imposed.
License Transfer: All license transfers are subject
to the validation and verification procedures of OptaSoft
in each country involved in any transfer. All relicenses
may be subject to an administrative relicense fee which
is charged to the new licensee.
Licensee: The Licensee initiates the request for
a relicense by submitting this form which includes appropriate
relicense information. Subsequent relicenses require the
same process.
Approval: If OptaSoft approves the relicense request, OptaSoft will grant the new license at the version which was permitted under the original license. If a newer version of the software is desired, the new licensee must obtain a new annual maintenance support. Allow 1 hour to process such request.
